Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated:
Frank Finly sells your brief — your contact details, your answers and a rating we calculate from them — to one financial advisory firm at a time, and only after you ask us to send it or submit one of our questionnaires. We also let advertising partners collect information through cookies on our website, which California law calls "sharing." You can tell us to stop both at any time. You don't need an account.
What happens next
- A request from this page takes effect right away; one sent by email, as soon as we read it and within 15 business days at the latest.
- From then on we don't sell your brief: a brief that hasn't gone to a firm yet won't be sold, or offered to another firm. If you later submit one of our questionnaires from this browser or with that email, we won't sell your answers. Advertising partners stop collecting information through our website in this browser.
- If a firm already has your brief, this doesn't take it back. Ask us and we'll tell you which firm has it.
- Your dashboard keeps working exactly as before.
- If you later press Send my brief, we'll ask you to confirm that you want that brief sold.
Other ways to opt out
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out for that browser, and for your brief when we know it's you.
- Email [email protected] — "Do not sell" in the subject line helps us find it.
- Someone you authorize can opt out for you with your signed permission.
