Consent to Contact
When you complete our questionnaire or inquiry form, you provide contact information (name, phone number, email address) and details about your retirement planning needs. By submitting this information, you expressly consent to the following:
Consent to Be Contacted
You agree to be contacted by financial advisors who participate in our matching platform. You may be matched with up to three (3) advisors based on your responses. These advisors may contact you by:
- Phone (including calls and text messages to the number you provided, including via autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice)
- Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, or other messengers you may provide or that advisors use to reach you)
We share your information with advisors who match your criteria (e.g., location, asset level, goals). By submitting your contact information, you provide your prior express written consent to receive such communications from these advisors, even if your phone number is on a federal, state, or internal do-not-call list. This consent satisfies the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) requirement for prior express written consent for telemarketing calls and text messages.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may choose not to provide consent, in which case we will not be able to match you with advisors through our platform.
No Obligation
You are under no obligation to purchase any products or services from any advisor who contacts you. Consent to be contacted does not create a binding agreement. You may decline to work with any advisor at any time. You are not required to enter into any advisory relationship, sign any agreement, or make any payment as a result of being contacted.
Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time by: (i) replying "STOP" to any text message received from an advisor; (ii) informing the advisor directly that you wish to no longer be contacted; or (iii) contacting us at marketing@frankfinly.com to request removal from the matching platform. Revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any communications made prior to revocation.
Opt-Out
If you wish to stop receiving communications from a specific advisor, contact that advisor directly. If you wish to opt out of our matching service or request that we not share your information with additional advisors, contact us at marketing@frankfinly.com. We will process your request as promptly as practicable.
