CCPA Notice — California Privacy Rights
This notice applies to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. Frank Finly does not sell your personal information to third parties. When you complete our questionnaire or inquiry form, we share your information with financial advisors who participate in our matching platform so they can contact you. This sharing is not a "sale" under the CCPA because we do not receive monetary consideration in exchange for your information in that context. We are not in the business of selling personal information.
Your CCPA Rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know — Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
- Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — We do not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will provide an opt-out mechanism
- Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights
How to Submit a Request
To exercise your rights, contact us at marketing@frankfinly.com. Include your full name and email address. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within 45 days unless we need more time, in which case we will notify you.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written authorization confirming that authority.
